    To make shipping fair and affordable, we calculate shipping charges based on the weight of the items you're ordering.

    In stock items are shipped within 48 hours of receipt of your order. The vast majority of our products are classified as "In Stock" items. If your selection is not in stock, we will notify you via email with an estimated ship date. If you cannot wait, we will gladly cancel your order.

    Credit card orders: Your credit card is NOT CHARGED until the order is shipped.

    Refused Shipments: Customer shall be charged shipping charges and 15% handling fee for all refused shipments.

  • Returns

    We stand behind the quality of all our products. You may return any item in its original condition, for any reason, at any time. We will gladly issue a gift certificate covering the value of your return that may be used to purchase any item(s) we carry. Or, if you prefer, we will replace any item, or issue you a full refund--it's your choice!

    Should one of your bottles arrive broken - please don't throw it away!Call us immediately. We will have UPS pick-up the package (this is required by UPS policy) and we will immediately send you another. Thanks for your understanding.
